Uncounted 1932.2022

On November 24, 2022, Global Ukraine, the "Èchanges Lorraine Ukraine (ELU)" Association and Ukrainian students organized the "Uncounted 1932.2022" action in the city of Metz. Food as a weapon of genocide".

Activists offered guests and residents of the city to visit a "restaurant" with dishes that Ukrainians used to save themselves during the Holodomor - a crime committed by the USSR against the Ukrainian population. Starving, the Soviet authorities deliberately exterminated millions of Ukrainians. On November 26, Ukraine commemorates the victims of the Holodomor.

No one was punished for the crimes of the Holodomor, so history repeats itself. The world must prevent genocide now, because unpunished evil is coming back.
